Located on the historic Stanton Estate in Anaheim, Fairmont Prep is a non-sectarian, WASC-accredited high school that attracts students from throughout Southern California and the world. Fairmont has a near 100% college placement record, with 91% of graduates for the Class of 2017 who applied being accepted to a top 100 school as defined by U.S. News & World Report.   Fairmont Preparatory Academy offers 25 AP classes, college level math curriculum, International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Science and Engineering Program (ASEP), and an International Business Program (IBP).   Their unique blend of technology, individualized academic and college counseling, diverse student body and faculty deliver a global viewpoint to Fairmont Prep students.



English Language Proficiency, with test scores for at least one of the following: TOEFL, TOEFL JR, SLATE, IELTS, or ISEPA
Applicants must submit copies of their official transcripts from a minimum of the last three years of education.

  • A school’s seal or principal’s signature must appear on the copy.
  • The transcript must be translated into English. If translation is required, the translation must be authenticated as a true copy by a notary public or similar official.
  • Originals will be required upon registration at the high school.
  • IMPORTANT: Any student who arrives to orientation without their original transcripts will not be allowed to register for classes.

Applicants must also provide a recommendation from an English language teacher, and a math teacher.

Fairmont Prep’s College Prep (CP) curriculum gives students the preparation they need to be successful in collegiate courses by teaching them study methods, critical thinking, and organization tactics. All of our standard CP curriculum is University of California (UC) approved, and completion of our standard diploma curriculum qualifies our students for acceptance at one or more UC campuses.

Fairmont Preparatory Academy is committed to offering our students unique course options at every academic level to allow students to engage in curriculum that interests them. We offer a number of standard-level courses not commonly found in high school, including: Computer Science, Digital Multimedia, Fashion Design, Film, Forensics, and Speech.

The Athletics Department at Fairmont Preparatory Academy offers 15 varsity level sports teams for both girls and boys.

CIF teams are chosen by the coach and teams participate in California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) sanctioned events. Students develop an appreciation for the benefits and enjoyment of physical activity, teamwork, time management, and learn about good sportsmanship.

Fairmont Preparatory offers students over 40 clubs to choose from and students can join as many clubs as they desire and have time for.  Additionally, students can start a new club with a faculty supervisor.  Joining a club gives students a comfortable place to meet and get to know other students with similar interests. The particular interests of students and faculty determine what clubs are established each year.
